Welcome! My name is Lance Horbach and I serve as a State Representative for District 40, Tama and Grundy Counties.  This is my sixth term in the Iowa House.  I currently serve on the Justice Systems Appropriations Subcommittee. The committee controls the third largest budget in the state, which allocates money to the courts, prisons and several state agencies including the Department of Public Safety and the Iowa State Patrol.  I also serve on the Judiciary and Economic Growth committees, and am the Ranking Member on the Labor and Industrial Relations Committee.
